Ajoe Abraham


Ajoe Abraham is a full-service commercial litigator with experience representing both private and public companies in a broad range of disputes and transactions. He has extensive experience guiding businesses through every phase of the litigation process and often serves as outside general counsel to corporate clients regarding their formation and daily operations.

Mr. Abraham has handled both routine contractual disputes and complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation in state and federal courts, arbitration, and appellate levels. He has represented closely-held private companies, public corporations, and the principals and shareholders of these entities. His experience includes matters related to shareholder derivative lawsuits, breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, and state RICO actions. Additionally, Mr. Abraham specializes in litigating high-end art matters, including disputes between galleries, clients, brokers, and art investment funds. His extensive experience covers both prosecution and defense sides of these cases.

Before joining Thomas H. Herndon, Jr., Law PLLC, Ajoe was a litigator at Scarinci & Hollenbeck LLC and Bowles, Liberman & Newman LLP in New York.
